Here are four special Christmas Banquet Menus we have prepared for the 2018 Holiday Season.


Menu #1: Traditional Christmas Dinner – 3 Courses

$30 per person – (up to 30 people)

House-made Beef Barley Soup

or 
Artisan Greens Salad with House-made Balsamic Dressing

Roast Turkey

Accompanied by house prepared cranberry & herb stuffing, 

turkey gravy, whipped Yukon potatoes, & seasonal vegetables

or

Maple & Spice Glazed Ham

Accompanied by roasted potatoes,

seasonal vegetables, & mustard sauce

House-made Vanilla Cheesecake

topped with chocolate sauce


Menu #2: Specialty Christmas Dinner  3 Courses

$40 per person(up to 20 people)

Prawn Cocktail Salad
or 
Beet & Goat Cheese Salad

~

Glazed Pesto Chicken

Accompanied by balsamic tomato roasted potatoes
& seasonal vegetables

or

White Wine Cream Salmon

Accompanied by herb roasted potatoes, grilled zucchini 
with a dill & caper white wine cream sauce 

or

Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs

Accompanied by our specialty red wine & herb au jus, whipped Yukon potatoes
& seasonal vegetables

topped with chocolate sauce


Menu #3: Traditional Christmas Buffet

$40 per person – (30 people minimum)

House-made Focaccia Bread, with whipped butter

Salads:

Mixed Greens Garden Salad, with assorted dressings

Caesar Salad, with house made croutons

Beet & Goat Cheese Saladwith raspberry dressing

Crudités Platter, with assorted dips

Entrées:

Roast Turkey, with house prepared cranberry & herb stuffing,
cranberry sauce & turkey gravy

Maple Glazed Ham, with a selection of mustards

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Assorted Seasonal Vegetables

Menu #4: Santa’s Prime Rib Buffet

$50 per person – (30 people minimum)

House-made Focaccia Breadwith whipped butter

Salads:

Mixed Greens Garden Saladwith assorted dressings

Caesar Saladwith house made croutons

Beet & Goat Cheese Saladwith raspberry dressing

Charcuterie Platter

Entrées:

Stayed at the hotel for 10 days, a family with 2 kids. The children loved the pool and the hot tub, the restaurant had great food, and we had a lovely stay. We found the hotel staff really helpful. Used a couple of times the business center for business calls. Location is close to the mountains and at a walking distance from many downtown restaurants. We really loved it and hope to be there again!
