What’s on Tap and on Menu at the Pub
The sun is out and the summer vibes have arrived in Fernie! With this in mind, here are two of our summer favorites to enjoy while enjoying this wonderful weather.
On Tap – Fernie Brewing Co Hit the Deck Hazy IPA (6.4%)
Featured as one of our regular and more popular beers, this Hazy IPA has established itself as a Fernie classic. Hazy, juicy, hoppy, this is an IPA style made famous by breweries on the East Coast. It’s light, cloudy, low in bitterness, but high in hop flavor and aroma. This thirst quenching brew is the perfect beverage to enjoy on our Pub patio this summer!
On Menu – Chicken Shawarma Pita Wrap
New to our Pub menu this summer, the Chicken Shawarma Pita Wrap features seasoned grilled chicken with tzatziki sauce, cucumber, red onion, tomato, all wrapped in a warm pita bread and served with your choice of soup, salad, potato salad or French fries.
This wrap is the perfect choice for lunch or dinner and it goes with saying these two items are the perfect pairing to enjoy on a warm summer evening while sitting on our Pub patio. Whether you are a local or a visitor on vacation staying in our hotel, we hope you get out to enjoy the sunshine as well as enjoy some great food and beer this summer while in Fernie BC. Cheers!
